Order Cancellations

If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will need to wait until you receive the item and initiate a return following our return policy.


Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Photos of the item received

    • Reason for return

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

  4. Pack your item securely and include your order number, name, and reason for return inside the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.


Refund Policy

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund as follows:

1. Refund Methods & Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank.

  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account within 1-3 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
